Job Description
The safety officer will be responsible for conducting surveys and assessments of the safety measures of any organization to improve the worksite. He is directly responsible for the safety of the workers on site. A few job responsibilities of the safety officer are as described below:
- Devising safety-related measures and policies for the organization
- Implementing safety strategies effectively
- Measuring the effectiveness of the safety procedures
- Conducting the drills to validate the effectiveness of the safety measures
