Job Description
The airport service agent is expected to support the airport staff to make flight operations easy and convenient for the passengers. The airport service agent’s job description at Qatar Airways is as under:
- Assisting the passengers regarding the arrival and departure terminals
- Assisting the luggage trolley carriers
- Directing and helping the passengers
- Providing passengers the information about flight times and flight times
