The driver at SAMASCO has the responsibility to operate the vehicle from the staff accommodation to the work site and vice versa. The driver’s job description at SAMASCO is as under:
- Operating the vehicle as per the requirement
- Observing the traffic’s rules and regulations
- Transporting the goods and materials on time in an efficient manner
- Keeping the full records of fuel, journeys, miles, and distances of each travel
- Keeping invoices of all the expenses during the journey
- Route planning before starting any journey
- Managing fuel expenses in a cost-effective way
- Presenting the reports to the supervisor daily
- Informing the management and the supervisor in case of an accident
